Twelfth Night

The 2009/2010 kicks off with a production of one of Shakespeare's most beloved comedies. This captivating comedy follows the romantic
adventures of Viola and her identical twin Sebastian, both shipwrecked in the enchanted island of Illyria. This time-honored story of cross-
dressing and mistaken identity, all in the name of love, will be staged OUTDOORS in
the courtyard at Dubuque Senior. Bring a picnic with food and family-friendly beverages for an outstanding afternoon of fun in the sun.

A Broadway Musical Revue
Thespian Troupe #69 teams up with students, past and present, from Dubuque Hempstead and Dubuque Wahlert to sponsor a benefit
performance for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Over twenty Broadway hits, from Stephen Sondheim to Jason Robert Brown, will be
performed by both current and former theatre students from all three area high schools.

Emma’s Child

After years of unsuccessfully attempting to have a baby of their own, the Jean and Henry Farrell decide to adopt. When Emma, the teenage
birth mother, approves of the couple, a waiting game begins. When the time arrives, however, the child is born with a life-threatening
illness. The Farrell’s are pushed to their limits, and their marriage is placed on the line, as Jean and Henry must decide whether or not to
move forward with the adoption and to care for the newborn child.
