Business sponsorships

Business partners have the opportunity to advertise in all Dubuque Senior Theatre playbills in 2024/2025. Businesses may register to sponsor our program through our online ticket system.

​SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

PLATINUM LEVEL ($500)
Benefits Include:

• Full Page (5" x 8") Black & White advertisement in all 2024/2025 Dubuque Senior Theatre Playbills
• Your organization verbally recognized from the stage prior to each performance during the season
• Your organization logo on the Dubuque Senior Theatre website and select social media posts
• Eight (8) complimentary ticket vouchers to a performance of your choice (potential value: $100)

GOLD LEVEL ($300) 
Benefits Include:

• Full Page (5" x 8") Black & White advertisement in all 2024/2025 Dubuque Senior Theatre Playbill
• Four (4) complimentary ticket vouchers to a performance of your choice (potential value: $50)

SILVER LEVEL ($150) 
Benefits Include:

• Half Page (5" x 4") Black & White advertisement in all 2024/2025 Dubuque Senior Theatre Playbills
• Two (2) complimentary ticket vouchers to a performance of your choice (potential value: $25)

​If preferred, your business may substitute the advertisement cost for donated goods valued at the advertisement levels.  The Theatre Department is always in need of building supplies, hair/makeup supplies, fabric, gift certificates, etc.  Contact [email protected] for suggested trade goods.

Advertisement Details

• All advertisements will be printed in black and white
• Full Page = 5” wide x 8” tall
• Half Page = 5” wide x 4” tall

• Please submit your advertisement in a JPG, PNG, or PDF file
• You can use the same artwork for all playbills, or submit different advertisements. Deadlines are listed below
• Advertisements should be emailed to: [email protected] by the deadlines listed below

Advertisements must be submitted by the following deadlines to be included in the playbills. 

• DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS - Friday, October 18
• THE REVOLUTIONISTS - Friday, October 25
• UNSCRIPTED (Fall Show) - Tuesday, November 19
• PETER AND THE STARCATCHER - Friday, April 18
• UNSCRIPTED (Spring Show) - Friday, May 2

Your complimentary ticket vouchers will be available through your online account when you go to order tickets for performances throughout the season
