We believe the arts are an integral part of every student’s education. Your support helps us to provide performance and production opportunities for all students at Dubuque Senior High School.

Business partners have the opportunity to advertise in all Dubuque Senior Theatre playbills in 2022/2023. In addition, business partners may receive complimentary ticket vouchers, which may be used for any performance during the 2022/2023 season. Businesses may register to sponsor our program through our online ticket system: www.dbqsenior.booktix.com. Follow the easy and convenient steps below to support our students:

Step 2: Login or create an account (same account may be used to purchase tickets for our shows!)

Step 3: Scroll down to the available ticket packages

Step 5: Select CHECKOUT NOW and submit your donation

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES:

PLATINUM LEVEL ($500)
Benefits Include:
- Full Page (5" x 8") Black & White advertisement in all 2022/2023 Dubuque Senior Theatre Playbills
- Your organization's logo on production materials for the fall musical and spring play
- Recognition in all promotional materials - including social media and Dubuque Senior Theatre website
- 8 complimentary ticket vouchers, which may be redeemed for any performances during the 2022/2023 season

GOLD LEVEL ($300) 
Benefits Include:
- Half Page (5" x 4") Black & White advertisement in all 2022/2023 Dubuque Senior Theatre Playbills
- Recognition on the Dubuque Senior Theatre website
- 6 complimentary ticket vouchers, which may be redeemed for any performances during the 2022/2023 season

SILVER LEVEL ($150) 
Benefits Include:
- Business Card (3 1/2 " x 2 ") Black & White advertisement in all 2022/2023 Dubuque Senior Theatre Playbills
- Recognition on the Dubuque Senior Theatre website
- 4 complimentary ticket vouchers, which may be redeemed for any performances during the 2022/2023 season

​If preferred, your business may substitute the advertisement cost for donated goods valued at the advertisement levels.  The Theatre Department is always in need of building supplies, hair/makeup supplies, fabric, gift certificates, etc.  Contact adean@dbqschools.org for suggested trade goods.

Advertisement Details

• All advertisements will be printed in black and white
• Full Page = 5” wide x 8” tall
• Half Page = 5” wide x 4” tall
  
• Business Card = 3 ½” wide x 2 ½”tall
  
• Please submit your advertisement in a JPG, PNG, or PDF file
  
• You can use the same artwork for all playbills, or submit different advertisements. Deadlines are listed below
  
• Artwork should be emailed to: adean@dbqschools.org by the deadlines listed below

Advertisements must be submitted by the following deadlines to be included in the playbills. 

• THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY... - Friday, October 21
• UNSCRIPTED (Fall Show) - Tuesday, November 13
• LARGE GROUP SHOWCASE - Wednesday, January 11
• CLUE - Friday, April 28
• UNSCRIPTED (Spring Show) - Friday, May 5
